Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may notify us of your request to return or exchange the items within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the condition of the product(s) fully complies with our return policy:
Products must be handed over to the shipping company representative within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
All products must be returned in their original packaging without removing or opening any part of the product.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent product, we may offer one of the following solutions after coordinating with the customer:
Send a replacement product
Send an alternative product
Provide a full refund through available payment methods
In all cases, the defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be returned to us as soon as possible in the same condition they were received.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and the reason for the return will be verified.
Refunds apply only to the value of the products at the time of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
After receiving the returned or exchanged products, we will process the refund excluding any delivery fees paid on the order.
If a product is returned due to a claimed defect but the defect is not confirmed during inspection, the same product will be sent back to the customer and shipping fees will be applied.
Bank Transfer Refunds
If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the bank account provided by the customer.
The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the courier will collect the products you wish to return.
After verifying the product condition, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer, within 7 to 14 business days at maximum.
Please ensure that the returned products comply with our return policy and that you only hand over the items that have been approved for return.
Product Inspection
All returned products are subject to quality inspection after being received.
If the returned items do not comply with our return policy, the refund request may be rejected and the product will be returned to the customer with additional shipping costs charged to the customer.
If the reported defect is confirmed, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the number or account provided by the customer within the timeframe mentioned above.
